Project completed while working with WNYC's Archive. Using MapBox and basic HTML coding, I styled my own map, based in Open Street Map, and create custom coordinate points. Each point locates an episode of the 1960s radio broadcast series New York: A Portrait in Sound. I researched and wrote the majority of the articles about this series. With the help of WNYC's Digital Team, a separate webpage was created for the map.

The Moon Choir was a community choir for queer/trans folks and allies that aimed to co-create a safe space for all voices, to come together to heal through connection and music.

I built our new SoundCloud page in 2021, naming and uploading song recordings, and designing playlists for listening to songs sung in community, as well as for hearing many of the same songs taught in call-and-response style.

In 2019, The Moth produced over 600 storytelling events, recording audio and video for every event. All of these digital event files needed to be archived before they could begin their journey in the curation process to be selected to air on The Moth Radio Podcast and Radio Hour. The Moth’s physical archive also includes 1500+ tapes and CDs from pre-2014.

As Archivist, I built and maintained cataloguing systems and storage solutions for this extensive and multifaceted collection.

A peak inside my personal digital filing system, where I house all of my personal records and creative projects. I am never at a loss when trying to find important documents!
